Wilks & DOTS Calculator

Score your powerlifting total against your bodyweight with both the Wilks and DOTS formulas, and see where it lands. Free relative-strength calculator in kilograms or pounds.

Both scores normalise a lifted total against bodyweight so athletes of different sizes can be compared. Wilks is the long-standing classic; DOTS is the newer 2019 formula. As a rough guide a DOTS score under 200 is beginner, 200–300 novice, 300–400 intermediate, 400–500 advanced and 500+ elite.
