Sweatlas: Your Hybrid Training Map

Train wherever you woke up

Build a real workout for wherever you are: hotel gym, hotel room, beach or park. Pick the kit that is actually there, choose strength, cardio, Hyrox-style or metcon, exclude a body part, set the time and effort, and get a session built for that exact spot. Or follow today's WOD in its travel version. Free, no login.

A hotel gym with two dumbbells, a beach, a park, or just the floor next to the bed: tell it where you are and what is actually there, pick a focus, rule out anything that needs a rest, and get a real session built for that exact spot. Prefer to stay on the program? Today's WOD has a travel version too.

Where are you?

The place sets the scene: it fills in the kit that is usually there and unlocks what only works there, from sand sprints to stairwells.

What's actually there?

Tap to match reality. Bodyweight is always in: it is the floor this tool stands on.

  • Full gym
  • Barbell
  • Dumbbells
  • Kettlebell
  • Cardio machine
  • Pull-up bar
  • Bands
  • Jump rope
  • Bench or box

What do you want from it?

  • Strength: A main lift done heavy for the room you're in, a superset behind it, and a core finisher when the clock allows.
  • Cardio: One engine, dosed properly: intervals, tempo blocks or a long easy piece with pickups, on whatever moves you here.
  • Hyrox style: Rounds of engine work into functional stations: compromised running, the thing that decides the race, trains anywhere.
  • Metcon: One honest conditioning piece: an AMRAP, a 21-15-9, an EMOM or a chipper, balanced across whatever is not excluded.

How hard should it bite?

  • Holiday cruise: Conversational and kind: you finish wanting a little more, which on holiday is exactly right.
  • Steady: The repeatable 80%: same split every round, hard enough to count, easy enough to do again tomorrow.
  • Full send: Race effort. The reps don't change, the Target lines do, and the shower afterwards is earned.

Example: a 30-minute metcon in a typical hotel gym

  • How: Rotate through the 4 minutes until the clock ends

Cooldown

  • Settle: 3:00 easy walk or spin · long exhales · shoulders down

Today's session from the 180-day cycle in its travel version: bodyweight and at most a pull-up bar, with load swapped for tempo, plyometrics and harder gymnastics rather than simply removed. Same stimulus, same whiteboard.
